Welcome to HireMe.pk. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account, posting a job, or browsing the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use HireMe.pk.

1. About Our Service

HireMe.pk is an online talent search platform. Candidates create profiles that registered companies can search and browse; companies may also publish job listings. We provide the platform only — we are not a party to any communication, agreement or employment relationship between candidates and companies.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information about yourself or your company.
• Company accounts must represent a real, legitimate business or organisation.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One person or company should not maintain multiple duplicate accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

When using HireMe.pk, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent or impersonating information.
• Upload another person’s CV, photo or documents without their permission.
• Post job listings that are fake, misleading, or that require candidates to pay money.
• Use the candidate directory to send spam, marketing messages or unrelated solicitations.
• Collect, scrape, copy or resell candidate data from the platform.
• Post content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or harassing.
• Attempt to hack, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website.
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates the laws of Pakistan.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including your CV, photo, company logo and profile details. By posting it on HireMe.pk, you grant us permission to display and share that content on the platform as needed to operate the service — for example, showing your candidate profile in employer search results.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and confirm that you have the right to share it.

6. Job Listings

Companies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job listings they publish. We reserve the right to edit, reject or remove any listing that appears fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or in violation of these terms — without prior notice.

7. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that a candidate will be contacted or hired, or that an employer will find suitable candidates. We do not verify the identity, credentials or claims of any user, and we make no warranties about the outcome of any interaction on the platform.

8. Fees

Registration for candidates is currently free. If paid features are introduced in the future, the applicable charges will be clearly stated before you choose to use them. We will never ask candidates to pay in order to be contacted by an employer.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these terms, misuses the platform, or harms other users — at our discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

HireMe.pk is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage or dispute arising from your use of the platform, from interactions between users, or from any content published by users. Please also read our Disclaimer.

11. Privacy

Your use of HireMe.pk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.

12. Third-Party Links

The platform may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
