ISP Technical Support Internship in Karachi
Sybrid Pvt Ltd is hiring a Technical Support Intern for its Karachi office. The internship is open to fresh graduates in Telecom, Electronics, Computer Science or IT, and the work is internet service support: troubleshooting home and business connections for customers on fibre (GPON) networks.
This is more hands-on than most IT internships for new graduates. Instead of general office IT, interns deal with real networking problems from day one: bandwidth complaints, NAT and PAT issues, IP conflicts and WiFi faults. Those are the same topics covered in networking courses and certifications like CCNA, so the internship turns classroom theory into practical experience that looks good on a CV.
The role is not purely technical. Interns also help customers with account details, invoices and service upgrades, so a large part of the day is spent speaking to people, not only fixing connections.
