Arabic Jobs in Lahore
Mindbridge is hiring 100 Arabic Customer Support Executives in Lahore. The role is voice inbound — selected candidates assist clients over the phone in Arabic.
Openings like this are genuinely uncommon in Pakistan. Arabic-language roles usually appear as one or two seats at a travel agency or an Umrah operator; a hundred positions at a single BPO is a different scale altogether, and it means the company is staffing a full Arabic desk rather than filling a gap.
If you studied Arabic at a madrasah, hold a degree in Arabic, or grew up in the Gulf and speak it fluently, this is one of the few employers in Lahore that will treat that as a paid professional skill rather than a line on your CV nobody asks about.

- Minimum age 22 years
- Experience not required, though prior call centre experience is preferred
What the Role Involves
This is a voice inbound position, meaning you receive calls rather than make them. There is no cold calling and no outbound sales list to work through.
Because the work is spoken rather than written, fluency is assessed on the phone. Candidates should expect a live Arabic conversation as part of the interview rather than a written test.
The minimum age here is 22 rather than the 18 or 20 used on Mindbridge’s other desks, which suggests the company wants candidates who have finished their degree and can handle client conversations independently.
Who Should Apply
Three groups are well placed for this: graduates of Arabic or Islamic Studies programmes, Pakistanis who lived in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Qatar and speak the language naturally, and anyone who has worked with Gulf clients before.
Fluency matters more than accent here. Unlike US or UK campaigns, where a neutral English accent is often a hard filter, Arabic desks generally care about comprehension and clarity rather than sounding native to one particular country.
How to Apply
Use the Apply button on this page to reach the official Mindbridge application form. There is no application fee at any stage, and no legitimate employer in Pakistan asks candidates to pay for a job, a test or an interview.
