Officer – HR Quality & Compliance Job in Lahore – Indus Hospital & Health Network

Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) is hiring an Officer – HR Quality & Compliance for its QF, NST & SMP Campus, Jubilee Town, Lahore. This is a full-time role in the Human Resources department, suited to professionals with a background in HR compliance, quality assurance, or process improvement.

Starting as a single 150-bed hospital in Karachi, IHHN has grown into a nationwide network of five owned and seven government-partnered hospitals, four regional blood centres, three physical rehabilitation centres and over 100 primary care facilities, serving more than six million patients every year.

Key Requirements

• Sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, documentation and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of or experience with recognised quality and accreditation standards including ISO, Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC), Joint Commission International (JCI) and sustainability standards
• Experience supporting compliance assessments, internal audits and documentation reviews, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Ability to monitor compliance with organisational policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Experience identifying process gaps and supporting quality improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical, documentation, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related workplace tools

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Quality Management or a relevant discipline.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR, quality assurance, compliance or process improvement.
