Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Matric or O Levels; a bachelor’s degree or diploma is a plus
• Candidate must be 18 years or older — CNIC will be checked at the interview
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• A clear American accent is required, since the customer base is US and EU
• Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, call centres, retail or e-commerce support
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including Excel and document formatting
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage, not a requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls and chats from US and EU-based customers, covering complaints, requests, order status, follow-ups and general inquiries
• Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, warranties and return policies
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues and provide clear resolutions in line with company policy
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and appropriate communication etiquette across the US and EU region
• Record data across CRM software, order management systems and knowledge base systems while speaking with the customer
• Meet performance metrics including Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction, First Call Resolution and Average Handling Time
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with supervisors to improve service quality
