Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree obtained after 14 years of education from an HEC recognised university or institution
• A higher qualification is an added advantage

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in any of the listed fields, as one of the following:

• Freelancer on recognised platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr or Freelancer
• Online training or content creator, for example on YouTube or Skillshare
• Expert working in the industry
• Academician or teacher at a reputed institution or training organisation

Preferred Profile

• Top-rated freelancers or verified professionals on global freelance platforms
• Recognised educators in the domain, for example with a significant YouTube following or course creation experience
• Demonstrably skilled in delivering high-quality, engaging and practical training content

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create structured, outcome-driven course content
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools is a plus
