ibex. Pakistan is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive in Karachi. This is a paid-media role covering Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok, with hands-on responsibility for budgets, tracking and reporting rather than social media posting.

One position is open, on a morning shift of nine working hours.

Job Description

• Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Develop audience, keyword, bidding and retargeting strategies
• Write ad copy and prepare creative briefs for search, display, video, carousel and lead-generation formats
• Monitor budgets and KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate and lead quality
• Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, ad copy and landing pages
• Optimise campaigns and reallocate budget based on channel performance
• Manage GA4, UTM tracking, pixels and conversion tracking for accurate attribution
• Ensure leads are correctly synced, tagged and tracked in Zoho CRM
• Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards with actionable recommendations

Eligibility Criteria

• 2 to 4 years of performance marketing or paid media experience
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Experience with GA4, UTM tracking and CRM-based lead management
• Strong analytical, copywriting and campaign-management skills
• Able to manage multiple campaigns accurately and meet deadlines
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
• Experience with Zoho Analytics or Looker Studio
• Basic knowledge of GTM, pixels, CRO and landing-page optimisation
• Exposure to programmatic or affiliate marketing

Worth noting: this role asks for tracking and attribution skills, not just ad-buying. Candidates who can set up GA4 and pixels properly and show where leads actually came from will stand out, since most applicants for digital marketing roles in Karachi stop at running the ads.

Shift and Working Hours

Morning shift, nine working hours per day, based at the ibex Karachi office in SMCHS off Shahrah-e-Faisal.
