Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc. (Engineering) in Civil Engineering from a recognised university, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government
• Valid permanent registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), issued on or before the closing date

The PEC condition is strict here. The registration must be permanent, not interim, and it must already be issued by the closing date. Applying for it during the application window will not count, which is a common reason engineering candidates lose their fee.

Age limit:

• Male: 21 to 28 years, plus 5 years relaxation, giving an upper limit of 33 years
• Female: 21 to 28 years, plus 8 years relaxation, giving an upper limit of 36 years

Eligibility: Male, female and transgender candidates. For transgender applicants, age and sex are taken from the CNIC.
