Eligibility Criteria

• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English are essential
• Clear American accent to communicate effectively with a US customer base
• Minimum Matric or O Levels; a Bachelor’s degree or diploma is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including Excel and document formatting
• Experience with CRM systems is a bonus but not required
• Availability to work fixed night shifts on US hours with weekends off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally with individuals who have expressed interest in services.
• Ask structured qualifying questions to gather key financial information including unsecured debt and employment status.
• Follow a standardised script to assess eligibility and determine whether prospects meet minimum requirements.
• Transfer qualified leads in real time or schedule appointments with senior enrollment specialists.
• Deliver customer service with empathy, patience and professionalism.
• Use clear communication and cultural awareness when interacting with US-based customers.
• Record data across CRM, order management and knowledge base systems while actively listening and speaking with customers on call.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics including Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction, First Call Resolution and Average Handling Time.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with supervisors to improve service quality.
• Stay current with CRM updates, system information and process changes.
