Position Overview

ibex. Pakistan is hiring 50 Customer Support Executives for its domestic operations across Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Unlike international campaigns, this is a domestic role — communication is in Urdu, so an American accent is not required.

Working within the Operations department, the role involves assisting customers with product questions, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing queries and general complaints through both written and verbal channels. Shifts are rotational.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Prior customer support or related work experience is preferred
• Good verbal communication skills in Urdu
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
• Customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle a diverse range of queries

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customers professionally with information about products and services, take or cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, comments and the actions taken.
• Process orders, forms and applications accurately.
• Follow up on customer requests to confirm appropriate action was taken, aiming for First Contact Resolution.
• Refer unresolved grievances or special requests to the relevant department for further investigation.
• Take ownership of new and varied requests and look for opportunities to add value to the customer experience.
