Position Overview
ibex. Pakistan is hiring 10 Sindhi Speakers at its Karachi office. The role serves as a liaison with the company’s Sindhi-speaking customer base, handling calls, resolving queries and ensuring communication meets company standards.
This is a strong opportunity for graduates from Sindh who are fluent in Sindhi and looking to enter the call centre industry in Karachi. Language fluency is the core requirement — prior call centre experience is helpful but the emphasis is on command over Sindhi.

Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent command over the Sindhi language (essential)
- Graduation or above
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Knowledge of call centre operations
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take or cancel orders, and record details of complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up on customer requests to confirm appropriate action was taken.
- Refer unresolved grievances or special requests to the relevant department for further investigation.
- Ensure all communication complies with company processes and policies.
